MRP system for improved customer service

We are pleased to announce the introduction of a manufacturing resource planning system (MRP) which is now fully integrated into our existing production management systems.
This MRP system will ensure that the components required to complete a customer’s order are immediately identified and procured and then allocated following their receipt, resulting in fast and accurate job preparation which enhances our ability to meet the short lead times that our customers often require.
Other features of the new system include full traceability of all job components from receipt to despatch of completed goods, giving our customers greater reassurance of our commitment to quality and at the same time enabling us to increase our efficiency, valued by our customers in a demanding market place.
